Financing

Step 4

Purchase Agreement

Step 5

Homesite Inspection

Design Center

Close On Your Loan

With everything in place, it’s time to Close on Your Loan. This step finalizes your financing, and once complete, we’re ready to start building. Closing on the loan also means you’re one step closer to moving into your new home.

Step 9

Construction

The Construction phase is where your vision becomes a reality. Our skilled craftsmen and project managers will work diligently to build your home to the highest standards.
